What kind of food do you cook? What about allergies/dietary restrictions?

Mixing fun and healthy is my game... I conduct a detailed assessment with every potential client. I provide meals that are ready for reheating or require only a small amount of baking/sauteeing/or grilling. I can meet the requirements of many diets (ie: diabetic, weight loss, gluten-free). I am also willing and able to work with specific food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Will you cook in my kitchen?

I can cook in your kitchen, as needed. My business is licensed by LFUCG and insured for liability purposes.

How will my meals be packaged? Will I have leftovers?
I can utilize disposable (additional fee) or reusable (client purchased) packaging for individual servings or family size portions. It is likely that you will have leftovers, depending on the dish. I offer reheating and/or freezing instructions for every dish, as needed.

My kids are super picky! How do you work around this?

I pride myself on making "sneaky" selections for kids, keeping healthy choices in mind. Hiding vegetables in your family's favorite dishes is like a game for me!

What is the client agreement?

I like to refer to the client agreement as a contract benefiting both parties. The client agreement will outline agreed upon pricing and payment options, as well as mandates of delivery. A "2-week notice" will also be included- if services will be interrupted for any reason, the other party will be notified at least 2 weeks prior. *Due to the casual nature of the à la carte service, no client agreement is required. Payment for this option is due on the first delivery day of each week*
