Seasonal Sample Menus
Below, I have provided a seasonal variety of scrumptious and flavorful dishes that many of my clients, family members, and friends have enjoyed for years! I have also added menu item information that relates to specific dietary needs. My hope is that this varied list will help give you a better understanding of what I am all about! ~ Chef Lauren

Day One:
Breakfast Biscuit: Ham or sausage, cheddar cheese & siracha-honey butter
Snack/Lunch: Pinwheels with turkey, provolone & roasted red pepper and herb cream cheese
Dinner Sliders: Chipotle pulled pork, coriander-lime slaw, green chili
mac 'n cheese & tortilla chip crumb topping
Day Two:
Breakfast Wrap: Chorizo, jack cheese, roasted onions, peppers & potatoes
Snack/Lunch: Brucshetta salad with chicken, homemade croutons & shaved parmesan
Dinner Burger: Cashew chicken, thai-sweet chili mayo, nappa cabbage and cilantro garnish with stir-fried green beans, carrots & sesame-jasmine rice
Day Three:
Breakfast Muffin: Chocolate-zucchini, quinoa & oat with a chocolate glaze
Snack/Lunch: Cut fruit & Keylime Greek yogurt dip
Dinner Salad: BBQ-rubbed chicken, tomatoes, diced onions, egg, bleu cheese/cheddar mix, romaine & avocado-buttermilk dressing
(add bacon for $0.75/serving)
Specific Dietary Needs
Diabetic/Low carb:
Dinner Salad: Blackened chicken or
salmon (+$2/serving), romaine, roasted corn, tomatoes, black olives, homemade Caesar dressing & crispy onions
Vegetarian:
Dinner Burger: Handmade black bean and quinoa burger with mozarella, roasted red peppers & chimichurri sauce. Served with cumin-garlic roasted potatoes and grilled broccoli
Kid Friendly:
Dinner Sliders: Angus beef sliders (lettuce, tomato, provolone, crispy onions, roasted garlic mayo all on the side), four-cheese
mac 'n cheese (Ritz topping optional) & sea salt-pepper steamed green beans
